🔎 What Happens After You Submit

We treat every complaint with care and urgency. Once received:

  1. Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.
  2. Initial Review: Our moderation or compliance team will assess the content against our policies and applicable laws.
  3. Investigation Timeline: We will complete an investigation and respond within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
  4. Content Removal: If the content is found to be in violation or consent is unverifiable, we will immediately remove it and notify the reporting party.
  5. Reporting: Illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities and SegPay, per policy.

⚖️ Rights of the Person Depicted in Content

If you believe you are depicted in content without your consent, you have the right to:

  • Submit a takedown request via the complaint form or email.
  • Request confirmation of the consent obtained for publication.
  • Appeal the use of your image or likeness if:
    • Consent was coerced or void under applicable law.
    • You were underage at the time of filming or uploading.
    • You no longer wish to be associated with the platform or brand.

If proper consent cannot be proven, we will remove the content immediately.

If you file a complaint and wish to appeal a decision (such as content not being removed), you may:

  • Submit an appeal email with your original case ID and additional evidence or reasoning.

In accordance with SegPay’s compliance rules:

  • We log and report all complaints and removal actions via the SegPay Merchant Portal by the 5th of every month.
  • If no complaints were received, we submit a “Zero Incident” report to remain in compliance.
